Returns Policy


Confetti Blossom goes to great lengths to source the very best blooms for our customers.

Due to the relatively short life span of all cut flora, we do not accept returns. All orders are final, and unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. To get the most out of your flowers, please refer to our Flower Care Guide.

Please note that Confetti Blossom creates arrangements based on seasonal availability. There may be variations to the reference images used on this website for any flowers you may order. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on this website.

If you make an error during ordering (such as adding an additional item by mistake or putting in the incorrect delivery date) please get in contact as soon as possible and we’d be happy to make those changes for you up until the order is onboard with the delivery driver.

Confetti Blossom uses the services of Careful Couriers — a reputable third-party courier that specialises in delicate delivery of fragile items. In the unfortunate event of a delay or delivery issue, Confetti Blossom will work with the customer to assist in resolving any issues that may be a result of a third-party failure.

Please note, if there is no one home at time of delivery and we are unable to leave the flowers safely, a $25 redelivery fee will be incurred. When completing your order please advise of any delivery instructions specific to your house, apartment block or place of business.
